I love my friends! I am having such a great birthday!! So…I was awakened today by my friend, her mom, and my mom. They came running into my room at 7:00am and started throwing balloons at me. It was really scary. (Especially since I was just having a dream where the same thing happened…only it was at school…and I wasn’t wearing my pajamas.) So I ate breakfast with my awesome friends.

I got yummy gummies from Angie, 15 balloons from lots of people (but mostly Kimmy), a gold fish (and extra money to ‘accessorize his tank/bowl’) from Rachel, lovelyfull lilacs from Kristen…and I haven’t even had my party (family party) yet!  Ah!  I have had an amazing day (even though I had a math test, Animal Farm packet, work-out in gym, book work, essay, and history worksheets…)! Thank you to everyone that said “Happy Birthday” to me! I love you all!

I went ice skating 3 times last week. It was crazy!! Tara and I are so awesome! (Tara, did you get the flower I sent you at the play? Did you know that I walked all the way up to school just to buy you a flower? And I had the dog with me. Everyone was staring at me and saying, “ahhh…how cute!” when they saw Annie. It was really weird, but I did it just for you! You should be happy!)

I cannot wait till summer!!!

I hope you all are having a fabulous spring break!!!

I successfully cooked something. I made a spaghetti meal (salad, meatballs, garlic bread…) and I didn't burn anything!! It was about 6 pounds of spaghetti. I was at a Boy’s Home that was an alternative for prison. Before I went there I had all kinds of preconceived ideas of what these boys would look like. When I actually got there, I looked at them and they looked completely normal. As I sat and talked with them and played basketball, I don’t think I even thought about the fact that these boys were criminals would had been in prison and had made many bad decisions. They were fun and they made me laugh. Their stories were unbelievable.  I have learned so much…

Ice skating yesterday was fun! I learned a lot.

Well, I am off. I am going running for a while!

Until the “Spring-Breaks”,

Alicia

Oh!!! And I learned how to whistle blowing in! Now I don't have to worry about breathing. I can just keep whistling forever and ever and ever... I know you are all excited.

I am excited because I might get to go to India (my cousin is getting married), Switzerland (to see my niece, Lotte), and Florida x2 (to see my niece, Sarah).

I am happy. Friendly's yesterday was so much fun! Angie, Rachel, Jessica, and I got the 12 scoop ice cream. That was definitely a lot of ice cream. It was a lot of fun though.

Today is Kimmy's birthday. Yesterday she got a present and part of a story (7 parts in total) every period. at the end of the day she got a scrapbook. It was a project that Rachel and Sarah had to do for English. (?) But it was fun!

Until the 'Fruit-Flies', (I bred fruit flies in biology class yesterday.)

Alicia

PS For everyone who has made me happy this week...I love you!
